Selection criteria: In accordance with articles 4.1.2 and 4.1.5 of the Statutes of the European Youth Forum, we kindly invite you to nominate delegates to attend the next Online General Assembly (OGA) of the European Youth Forum, which will take place on Friday Saturday Sunday 20-21-22 November 2020.

Full Member Organisations can nominate two official delegates. Other Member Organisations can nominate one official delegate. All Member Organisations can nominate one extra delegate who can be present but cannot vote.

Please register your delegates by Tuesday 20 October 2020 (23:59 CET). We kindly request that Member Organisations ensure that notice of any subsequent changes or cancellations to their representation at the OGA reaches the Youth Forum Secretariat in due time.
Additional infos: At the end of August, we will start the process to get your official consent for an extraordinary GA to happen online in November 2020. This is an important legal and procedural step required due to the coronavirus situation as well as limitations in our Statutes under such extraordinary circumstances. Please prioritise this email when it comes in. We need only a quick verified electronic signature.

Early September, we will announce a ‘roadmap to the 2020 Online GA’. This will showcase the various informal spaces we will run over the next 3 months and add more detail to the agenda based on your feedback.

In line with our statutory documents, we'll also share the call for nominations for Board, FCC and CBMA, with information on the process of election, the workload, expectations and more".
